Her Story

“Ikigai can be described as an intersection between 4 different elements: what you're passionate about, where your skills lie, how you can earn a living and what the world needs” and yes that's what I'm doing with my company.” says Harsha.

She started her journey with iraaloom just because She want to continue her passion as a creative artist, that is her confidence, She positioned iraaloom in a premium concept and the products are needed by the people for the people.

Their products are focused in mainly 5 sector corporate gifting, interior, home decor , packing and kitchenware products. All the products are handmade/handcrafted also these are made by natural fabrics or raw materials like jute, cotton, paper, bamboo and coconut shell.

Her Company

Iraaloom is a startup company based in Kozhikode, was founded on 2019. They mainly focus on designing and manufacturing of eco-friendly products to promote sustainable and alternative products. Their products are 100% eco-friendly and biodegradable.

They’re working on clusters of units across Kerala, to provide maximum employment to the local people and artisans are a part o our project. They have their own e-commerce platform and regular corporate clients.

Her Achievements

• Iraaloom won the best social impact startup award in 2019.
• We are incubated in KSUM, and we verified by Startupindi.
• We started our company with 4 lakh of investments and we have raised a revenue of 14 Lakh in the 2019-2020 time period.
• Initially we had only 10+ products and 10+ people working for us , but by 2021 we have raised to 150+ different products and 90+ workers all across Kerala.
