Her Story
My journey was no less than a roller-coaster ride. Initially, circumstances and social liabilities, played a spoil-sport. Things slowly and steadily started to change. In 2005, I got married and I shifted to Delhi and it was my first step towards the realization of my dream. In 2007, my husband was transferred to Lonavla, a small town in Maharashtra, my husband being the support-pillar that he is, encouraged me to continue my education. I qualified NET (National eligibility test) and pursued B.Ed and passed out with flying colours. In 2012, with new gained confidence we shifted back to Delhi, but by that time, I was a mother of two.
In 2014, I joined a public school where I taught Hindi language. But with new responsibility something gets left behind, my home arrangement and my kids started facing issues and I as any mother would do, I decided to quit my job.
But as Paulo Coelho said, “When you want something, the entire universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
